Hi Guys,

I just recieved 2 new pre production Spark boards for testing. these boards look sick as and are a big improvement on last seasons boards.

Flex - stiffer than last year but not as stiff as the Ouija board
Finish- Gloss finish with good clkean looking graphics
Design / Shape - Shape looks nice, good rocker, great outline and a channeled botton tips.
Price - $729 complete

Once we get wind Ill post a review on performance.

This is the Shannon Best's board of choice for this season. Shannon has had a lot of input to this board so like the Pro board that Shannon did in 2007, im sure this one will kick ass.

Well that tells us a lot. Why do you even bother

Not shown here but there are deep channels on the board. haven't seen that for a while. More drag and slower or not a prob with kites having generally more oomf these days?

Yes definate channels this season. A few of the other brands have done the same.

I rode the Spark yesterday in again light wind and this did not affect the speed of the board. I was Surprisingly impressed with the overall performance, but cannot comment too much until I get out today in more wind.
