Axis Hps 980 + Progressive 375 Tail
Why buy a new one? this is in great condition. The HPS980 (high performance speed) is an excellent all round foil. It's easy to get going in light winds and is still great when very windy. It's stable, fast, turns well and suits both flat water and the ocean.
