After six months of hard training, and some huge treks all over the world to compete, Angie Jackson from Currumbin on the Gold Coast has finally taken a well deserved win at the Stand Up World Series European Cup, in Bilbao, Spain.

In true Angie style, she said just after she’d won;
“That was awesome! I had no idea what the course was, or how many laps we had to do so I was just following the guys at the front.”

Always looking ahead to beat the boys, Angie is usually hot on their tail and we’ve been waiting for her to take a high profile win like this for ages.

She’s currently leading the world series rankings, and with this latest win, it puts her in good standings for the overall title.
