i'm not much for violence but i found this scene disturbingly memorable when i saw it as a kid
plus the similar styled revenge scene in the "Pusher" movies
"get away from her you Bitch!" - Ripley in the cargo loader to the alien in Aliens
The hair-gel scene in There's something about Mary (or the 'beans n frank' scene) 
Glimmer Man - too much good stuff in it but the restaurant scene with the CIA goons is fun

I can only recall one person died.
The copper who fell out of the chopper.
EDIT: One of my fav scenes was when Jake and Elwood see the 'Fat Penguin' in her office.

That question catches a lot of people out going by the style of the movie
Unlike the sequels where the body count is probably uncountable
