A bit faster but still slower than all other pages.

Might be time for a new music thread.

@ panda. is was really into that panda. then.... the over processed US style pop vocals started up and i also cut my ears off.

It's a trick. I lurve that the lyrics don't match your first impressions. The albums, especially the last, descend into ...well. And it's all la-la-la if you don't listen to it carefully.

"I know... what you did
I know
So I'mma let you... taste her
I ain't washing my sins
I ain't washing my sins"

Actually that track is quite plain from there on.
I won't promote them any more. Promise.

Also been listening to a lot of Miles. Need to be in the right head space though, he gets quite heavy/can be confused for just noise, especially Bitches Brew.

Anyway, just a little random piece I came across today from a radio show. Just a nice little ditty. Nothing earth shattering.

Listening to this reminded me of all the people posting on here that haven't updated their collection since 1985, and how much they'd enjoy it. A really good mix including Pink Floyd, Genesis, David Gilmore, Brian Eno and Soft Machine.

Fill yer boots Sunshine. I just started the thread. I don't own it.

First half of the vid was great. Second half had no sound.

Post away. Good to see the thread revived.

they only did two albums
My Bloody Valentine - triple J described it as a wall of sound
if you like guitar distortion

Just some more weird stuff nobody will listen to. I understand. It takes a certain mood and/or headspace to like it.

Building on Sinead O'Connor's legendary clip directed by John Maybury, here is a classic one shot wonder with no room for error. Children Collide, "Loveless". A great performance to a great tune.
