A very interesting topic. We need more of such, I reckon.

Unsurprisingly, some interesting characters also popped up here. Yes, we want a diversity of opinions and ideas. However, I think some of these doubters seemed to believe everyone, including the scientists, are wrong, and they, albeit a handful of them here, are right

So these geniuses theorized that water is not essential for life forms to exist. Fair enough thought if they can proving instances where it is valid. But hello...There is none but some clever, half-ass assertions which amount to nothing.

For their information, life forms are composed of organic matters. For organic matters to mix and react, to procreate, there must be water. Have you tried making a cup of tea with just air ? Water is a medium to accommodate the conference of chemicals compounds, just like the water you used when you dumped tea leaves into the boiling water.

Yes, it just may be possible that life forms may exist without water. However, to date, there is no such evidence to support such claims.

So if no water to procreate, when we hit the money shot it would be like a puff of powder.
