Hey Flyspec its a stocked impoundment Barra they dont breed, we ate every bit covered in breadcrumbs and coconut. Oh and its a female barra, now go back to your lentils

5 guys, 27 barra in one hour, kept one each and a queenie for the boss, who only found out we cleaned up on the barra after he told us how much he enjoyed the queenie

Lentils taste awesome, and they make you regular without killing Nemo, and his family.

Lentils with cumin.
Lentils with pumpkin.
Lentils with spinach.
Lentils with tofu.
Lentils with other beans.
...
Add some oven baked bread with butter and you can actually survive winter.

Fishing for me is a waste of time...never catch anything.

Grow a few dozen of these every winter in my aquaponics in the back garden. Taste great with home grown vegies, home brew and enjoyed with a few mates around.

oh yeah, those bright sorta orange looking fish look fricken spectacular, great catch man..................................i cant believe people get upset about fishing, its a great past time and hobby, and profession, well done and good luck fishing!

This was my First ever Bara caught in Mataranka NT. 86cm. Only one caught that day. Had a few good hits after but had our 2yo daughter with us so ended up heading back to camp, not much room on a Tinny with 3 adults and a 2yo.
