There are constantly people standing practically in the shade of this ruddy great oxy tank, lighting up durries.
What really scares me is that many of these smokers are either hospital staff who should know better - or staff from the radiology mob, who have probably just been looking at some ones x-rays of dodgy lungs.

A real doozy is the doctor who spent years specializing in respiratory so that he could convince himself to quit smoking and yet can't quite manage to do so. He watches people die from smoking related illnesses regularly and still does it himself now and then. True story.
