I got into diving pretty full on, spearing fish, catching Crays... pretty good fun, than I wanted to go deeper and deeper, did the swan down south, did the key Biscayne and a few other ones Gemini and a heap around 35 metre plus.
retrieved stuck pots on the cray boat in swell in caves and ledges heaps of adrenaline
than I nearly died (couple of times/air/overconfident/narced/big Swell)

now i just surf, don't dive so much other than a bit of free diving.

So yeah to summarise maybe get into diving, it's good fun

cave diver
night diver
spearfishing

etc etc

My mothers cooking was so bad the adrenalin was coursing through my veins from mid afternoon due to the fear and inherrent risk in eating at home.
