Must make your cock about 1cm then haha, that blokes pushing 6ft and you reckon the wave is only another 2 ft above his head
I know 2
Recon the ones of you sailing it KOTP were way bigger than that one.
U really are a juicerider arn't you

a 3 foot wave is head high to a 6ft bloke when it breaks. a 6-8 foot wave breaks at 12-16 foot.
The old size of the face, or the size of the groundswell discussion....yawn...
That face is a good 20 foot.
Great wave and nice of a poley to post a pic of a kiter.
I've heard that spot is one with some pretty big consequces if you screw up..inter continental swim time.
East coast get big dont worry...
If you were describing that session to windsurfers 15-20 foot, if your telling a surfer 6-8
Looking forward to seeing all the east coast big wave kiting photos you blokes are about to post. Thanks
Looking at your track freem the board you have only just ridden down the wave should try doing some turns as well

also the loss of wind if you go around the corner a tad, aargh f**k it ill tell you, its the pond, western australia, a usually isolated spot but not now
yeah this measuring the back of the wave thing is stupid.
I measure In headheights. I'd call that double head.
When ever you are getting double head its a good thing!
it gets plenty big on the south coast of nsw. Ask Ben Wilson how good it gets down the road from where we live. Ask him about the drilling he got and how easily he could have died. Funny how so many people want to rubbish the wave or the statement. No, it's not even close to 20 foot, and the back of the wave, face of the wave has been beat to death. I agree with the double, triple overhead etc, but what is the point of this endless drivel and debate. Plenty of couch surfers here saying the rider should do this or that when a photo is presented. Fact is, this is a great shot. Who knows what is down the line and how the rider is setting up. For goodness sake, just enjoy the great photo.
Great photo ,king of the point ,like a few have said just enjoy it instead of bagging it.
Unless you were there and know where the photo was taken from ,your all guessing .
Good to see' @&)& working ,nice waves down there.
Damn cauncy now you've let the cat out the bag...yeh alright its the pond.
Wish I had a shot like that, awesome.
looks like a sweet line up! we all know where its at, and its just as fearsome in town if you can get past the channel busters on a solid 3m 16s swell
jeez i cant even claim 1cm Hawaiian then!
6-8ft is a very big wave in my books, no disrespect to rider whatsoever..
talking about wave size is always fun, i just find the term 20ft and looking at this picture very funny because of way I have been taught to measure wave height.
20 ft face, triple overhead - good way to communicate to non surfers
Yep I'd call it a nice double ohead would of been a sweet session nice and clean wish I'd been there.
