A Kitesurf pioneer! A magic waterman! A great guy!
Thanks for all the support with business, comps and bringing one of the best brands of kiteboarding to Oz.
ANDY REGAN!!! people like you will never be forgotten.
This reminds us all to take one day at a time and enjoy the life we live.
Rest in peace Andy and teach those dudes in heaven to kite hard mate!
Thinking of all the family and remember the good times.

I received a call from Slingshot Dave earlier today, but have been speechless with so many thoughts and fond memories running through my head.
A lot of what I would say has been said, especially from Ryland, Carl, Michele, Djdojo and many more.
Our sport is where it is today in Australia due mainly to the amazing energy, passion and belief Andy gave it. We must continue this passion in his legacy- striving to always try and do the right thing by others, support each others right to ride how they choose and what they choose, help out with the growth of the sport through giving up your time, money and energy at events and local beaches day to day and most importantly, doing it all with a huge smile and a warmth that melts down barriers, for this was Andy's way!
Andy, thank you so very much for all of your personal support over many years, my heart goes out to family, friends, the Slingshot community and to all of you who have had the pleasure of having Andy in your life. He will be truly missed.
Warmest regards, Chris Wardell and Andy Blythe
Very sad news.
You will be sadly missed around the kiting circles in Australia. Working with Andy both in friendship and business, it was always a pleasure as he brought so much energy into any situation. With a person like Andy Regan in our sport, we could all take a leaf out of his book and look to the skies without prejudice in any situation as he did time and time again.
RIP Andy our thoughts are both with you, your family and all your friends at this very sad time.
You will be missed mate.
BEAVER and Ali.
I'm so very sorry to hear this, Andy will be greatly missed by all the kiters at Surf Sales, he was a great bloke, a smooth rider with just a bang on attitude, always a smile, always a snappy comeback to our witticisms, a fantastic guy who I'll badly miss at Slinger meetings in future.
My sincere condolences to all his family and friends who must miss him in equal measure, I'm only sorry it's the other side of the world, I'd like to pass my respects at the funeral.
This May the 1st we're having a Windsurf against Cancer day following the death of some other dear friends, he will be in my thoughts on that day.
Graeme Fuller and all at Surf Sales Ltd.
Sad, sad news. Condolences to Tom and Anita and all those in his inner circle.

All the crew at Kitepower
So sorry to hear that Andrew Regan aka ronnie or uncle has left us, or has he?
His spirit lives on......
Life just ain't fare sometimes, my thoughts and prayers are with your family at this tough time. Thanks for everything you did for me and kitesurfing.
Gutted.
Even with all the news over the past year it is difficult to come to terms with the fact that such an all-round positive life force has been so senselessly snuffed out.
To me Andy epitomises the very best of all that makes so many kiters I call friends such great people to know.
Andy - You will continue to be an inspiration, not only to me but, to so many in this great sport you put so much of your unstoppable energy into.
You leave the world in debt.
Nice way to go pal - but way too soon.
We've all been robbed.
A very sad day. Remember you always.
I was fortunate enough to meet andy at the mambo and then we made a stop by his place to stay for a few nights on our dirty south trip. he was a great host and a wonderful guy. R.I.P Andy. attached are a few photos of andy riding near his house in late 2009.

Andy has moved on way to early and I think if he could have sent us all a message it would be to keep things in perspective, live every day to the max and don't put off what you want to achieve, because you never know what's around the corner.

One true measure of a person's value is not how much money he has, but how many friends he has.
Andy, you leave us as a very rich person.
Thanks mate

Extremely sad to hear - Andy was a terrific guy - This is a big loss to everybody who knew him but also a massive loss to the future kite surfing community.
He will be sadly missed and always remembered.
Our thoughts and warmest regards go out to Andy's family and close friends throughout this sad time.
From the team at Ocean Addicts
Very sad, a man/gentleman with true style in all things, from the way he worked in his shop to the way he kited.

Just got the terrible news this avo.
I just can't believe it......my sincerest condolences to his family.
I can still see him pumping up at Ham's for a big Nor'easter.
Kiting there and at Squids is going to be really different from now on.
If he can hear my thoughts, I hope he knows 3 things.
1) Andy, you were so generous to the kiting community, thank you so much.
2) you took interest in the lives of others, you listened while we spoke, thanks again.
