Who is calling in RDO's for this one??

Looks pretty sketchy and only for experienced riders..

Big boosts are guaranteed.

Gotta love the NorthWesters. Warm air and big wind an explosive mix.

Ive just bought a 12m kite with 100% depower, do you think i'll be ok? I wont lose my board cos I have a board leash. I'll check the wind first with my windmeter

If it turns like a 6 then you should be all good.

Just to be safe Nick, you'd better have 2 leashes

You'll be needing fingerless gloves, and a special hat with a chin strap so it doesn't blow away

Beg borrow and steal Mr T because if the forecast is correct it will be the strongest front wind that we have had for a while. Even if we get 35 (which I'm aiming for) its going to be nuts. If it hits 40 plus it will be very sketchy. Its wind that we see maybe a few times a year! Give Daz or Todd a call and get an edge7 or something similar. Or try west oz for a demo.

Think you should be OK, but just to be sure, make sure you wear your full length wet suit, put board shorts over it, wear a crash helmet with Go Pro attached and PFD also take a knife and shark shield.

Guys,

Don't forget to stand on the waters edge with your kite in the air chatting to your mate for 15 minutes or so about the "kook" who flew his kite into yours a couple of days ago or how good you really are and how you prefer one kite design over another when it all could have been avoided by either:

a) actually getting out onto the water,

or

b) landing your kite and then chatting to your mate thus having one less kite in the air.

Enjoy!

Just had a great sesh at Dutchies on a 6m Reo, never thought I'd ever have that kite 100% depowered. That's when I decided it was time to come in.
