WA - seen the next weeks forecast, WTF! Can't remember not kiting every second day at least this time of year for the last 10 years! Just rubbish!
It's nature's way of saying "do the garden/wash the car/do housework/catch up on that project" NOT get on that forum...
Yeah and a freaking NWer forecast for Wednesday. WTF - it's December??
edit - Ok it's gone southerly, I'm feeling a little better.
You just got to get off the couch and travel
Try Albany, just a suggestion for today, 4 hours drive.
Or the river or estuary locally
Esperance in Jan/Feb this year for me the way things are going with that biatch La Nina. It is the worst start for SWers in about 15 years. I remember the same thing when one season, we had the same thing when windsurfing in another lifetime. I feel for the shops, they have already lost 1 1/2 months of real business. I cant believe Im gonna have to resort to kitesurfing gusty easterlies..
At least the cricket is on. and the air-conditioner.
Still Perth is comparitively blowing a gale compared to Darwin!!
One bloody yellow arrow. Laurie take it away will you. They will be pumping up on the strength of it!!!
At least the lighthouse to leighton, could have been done backwards today starting at dawn. You could have got your official time when you ran to the Quokka arms and skulled a beer! or Lemonade for for the unofficial 2nd place getter last year.
What are you complaining about Eppo? I've had a few sessions out this week so far, all be it two of those in light winds, but one session cranking on my 7m
gtaph looks a bit better laurie must just be thinking its getting to busy :).... plus if u look at bom

it should b all good :)
I agree with Eppo. Shocking season. Last summer as well.
And to all the oh-so positive thinkers, THANKS but, kiting in dirty river water and/or in said low wind Pinna conditions cannot possibly replace the bliss of free ocean carving in a 20knot plus summer breeze.
I did that 'positive stuff' when I was a newb in bubble: twin tip, boost in boardies over wettie, lame backroll 'n wakeboard tricks, my-kite-better-than-yours in 15 knots.
Oh ----> the innocence of it [swoon]
My soulful little 7m is looking for an invigorating swing in the breeze!!!!
LOL....just grumpy mate. Due to lack of wind. Of course that stuff' quite all right really
Actually still struggling with the wake tricks after all those years so you're doin better than me.
1999? Honored to meet one of the trailblazers of the sport in WA Juice.... Back then it was only you and Ian Young on Roeseler's Kiteski gear!
Hey, looks like come Thurday were back in business. I should STFU and stop wingeing
