As kids in the late 70's we had a swing like that at the local park, it wasn't necessarily designed to do that but it would go all the way over. And like yourself some kids would go multiple revolutions, but no helmets, no footstraps just a flat wooden seat. The danger zone was always that first revolution that wouldn't quite get there. Ahhh how times have changed if you put that in a park now you'd be in the stocks at the local mall with do gooders chucking rotten fruit and veg at you.
BTW keep wearing the Yamaha top that's what gives you your super powers, if it aint blue it's poo !!!
..talk about a fickle audience.
Loved the way that video built Marcus- great choice of tunes and timed just nicely.
Most inspirational vid of the month.
Mad Bugger alright! Bloody ledgend!
Its great to see stuff like that and get a good ol shake up and a reminder that we are all big kids with toys and lifes about getting your rocks off one way or another! dosnt matter how.. just get out there and GO!
Onya Marcus

hahaha, I love my Yamaha's but a shade of orange in the shed is a good thing to ya know, lol. cheers Marcus.
Thats it alright Luke.
Life is way to short not to get out and go for it, if their's some fun to be had then I'll be in it, whether its dirtbikes, sailboards, water skiing or kitesurfing, No weekends should be wasted lol. When I get old I don't want to have regrets, thats what I'm talking about, lol. Cheers Marcus
ahhh yerr all a bunch of bogans onya marcus im one too
Thats the best thing ive seen on here for along time
Awesome! Makes me proud to be an Australian. It's crap enough to be a typical Aussie backyard construction ... but good enough to work. I want one.
I don't know about having one in the local park though. Something about young chaps hanging upside down in leg irons is just wrong.
Here's how the Euros do the same thing.
yep. i def want a go. i woulda loved to see the look on your missus face when u said 'i'm goin outside to play on the swing'
Thanks for the great responces, I have enjoyed reading them in fact most gave me a great laugh too, Cheers Marcus
Awesome!
I was a bit slo to notice this thread but glad I watched your vid Marcus. Really noice work mate.
Left my guts behind after the 1st rotation tho but I want one too!
BTW - hope your welding is top notch.
Thanks getfunky
I'm glad you enjoyed it....used a craftman stick welder..don't know how long the swings going to hold, lol.
cheers Marcus
Marcus your a genius. You really should look at marketing it.
Just imagine how many kids (and adults ) would want a vomitron for Christmas.
Marcus, I have to admit some of your other videos were crap, but with this you have redeemed yourself from any past crap videos and any future crap videos, this is the coolest thing EVER
Hey Marcus, I saw something like that on Mythbusters recently, and they put a couple of rockets on to the swing to give it a bit of, eerr, oompth! If you want some, I have a couple of mates in the air force that strap them to a C130 Hercules, and for a couple of cartons, could probaly secure a few! I reckon that a man of your talents could make them fit!
Are you kidding, I'd love to bolt on a couple of rockets to my 360 swing but I dont want to be anywhere near it when they are lit, lol. That c130 got some lift with the rockets going at full noise, thanks for sharing lol. Cheers Marcus
Hahaha...thanks..I'm touched. lol. are you sure, because I'm working on another crap vid, hahaha. cheers Marcus
WOW!!!!!!
Thats awesome mate i wanna have a go
I'm in the building game and i can see you've put a lot of work into it i'm very impressed. You're allright mate. A little crazy but hey ain't we all? [}:)]
Good stuff Marcus,
weld a counter weight to the top and you'll go over faster!
stopping might be fun to!
I bet the kids to all their homework now or they dont get a go!
