The way things look down here we will not need any fuel to get to Kambalda the wind will blow us there if we can dodge the fallen trees what a mess.
Looks a bit charmer up there on the weekend.
you'll be ok aus, heard landyacht pulled out all the trees on the lake......have a good one, us desk sailers could be envious!

Bought cake for me, as the wife is diseased at the moment. Bloody flu, she's coughing up pineapple chunks. Yuk!!!!!
Trailer is loaded with 3 mini's, a class 5 and penny farthing parts. Out of here early Thursday, as the forecast looks like it's the best day for wind, for the long weekend.
2 more sleeps.
Off to watch the twenty 20 match on tv now.
Looks like this last week of strong winds has dried a lot of the water off the lake.
Fingers crossed it might be a good one.
That's the news I had been hoping for. I am going to whip up another damper for the cake comp(real sweet one)as it is easy peesy. Myself and the old boy should be there Friday around lunch, 2 cl5 and 2 minis if I can finish this in time
Late notification of scratching .......No1 cake comp......gibba's cake "The Landyacht"...now becomes non competitive
as its just a eating cake, for fun only it was just built for pressure on all good cooks, but next year its on for sure
We know what you are up to Gibber, you want them to send your cake back so you can eat it all by yourself. Smart move....wok

the Bom tell me that breezes are fair for you LL mob so you wouldn't want to be wasting time
by sitting down in front of a portable tv watching the Hawks screw the Dockers would you ??
The better team. Had to cut the trip short unfortunately but had an absolute blast on Saturday during the mini races, the yacht just made it and performed better than I thought, might need to work on the backrest and extend the mast slightly.
I got a few snaps but not as many as I would have liked ( hard to photograph when you are sailing)
I would like to thank everyone for making the short time we had out there a great time and can't wait to get back out sometime soon.
the BOM is saying 32kph at kal ...10am......for those still sailing this will be great
1st photo....little action all parked, sun overhead midday WA........listening to the game? ^^^^
2nd photo......action...everyone realizes that the Dockers are done ...back on the salt
3rd photo.......the man in the middle taken by ballcam at the MCG, centre umpire bounce
I did get to have a little fun in the 88 try to view in 1080hd as the camera I filmed it with is not to bad
Thanks for the ride Led ....very enjoyable, god breeze , salt was good, yacht smooth ....what did u do wrong at end?
I wanted to slide the back end out and try a 360 or thereabouts, but yeah things didn't go to plan. It's all good, no damage and I had a ball, the camera held up well too.
Hey zeph, you need to get in touch with nebbian and work out what you can do with that GPS readout . he should be able to give you some advice and leads so you dont delete it and regret life thereafter
joe your trophy was passed onto the runner up, Colleen Pulford ,with her amazing cheesecake, but the plaque says walkabout joe
i will get around to a bigger report and results, but the world is chasing my butt at the moment
