Hi HG

Good to see you back

Driftwood looks great but it looks like you are missing a mast

Are you going to try her with one and see how she goes

Regards Don

Its a KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID BOAT dont need or want a second mast Ill be living on board more that sail Donk
the cockpit is my patio

Hi HG

It certainly open up the cockpit

Any chance you can post some photos of what you have done recently and I would be interested to see some recent interior photos as well

Regards Don

Been crook only stuff in my head to play with when I get out there next week Donk
Ive a few what ifs spinning around
one was wet back sides from the cockpit seats on the old girl

water tends to sit on the edges from the seat to the back of the seat but Ill wait till Ive set every thing up mines pretty much self draining and water runs back to the hinged lid and drain into the cockpit floor some dont for some reason

But I think they would be better with a chamfered edge some epoxy and filler
Does your cockpit give you a wet back side Donk ?

Hi HG

on mine the water sits where the horizontal and vertical meet

It would be good if it ran backwards and drained away but unfortunately it doesn't

Have you hoisted a main yet on the Tides track and if so what do you think of it

Regards Don
