Ok... to all the very few romantics out there... Here is me in a romantic frame of mind... never mind the terrible guitar playing...

I think it really brave of you to go public with your singing and guitar playing. I only sing in the shower, to the dogs and cats and stopped torturing my guitar years ago .

I'm quite happy to listen to others making nice music as my ability to make nice music sucks worse than a Hoover, I can read music but it just doesn't sound like music, no feeling, no soul.

So I let Igor Presnyakov make music for me

Cool Change is a great song for those who love the sea.
I tried to send Jessica Watson the YouTube link on her blog when she did her trip, it could have been written for her.

A bit of trivia; Cool Change was the first song played on FM 104 (TripleM) in Brisbane in 1980, I was 18 and can still remember it.

Just loved reading all this. They say two people together should be looking in the same direction, not looking at each other as you can drift apart until you lose sight of each other. My wife and I were married 31 years last Monday. She loves me and loves the boat and has done the lions share in the restoration of our lovely 28 footer. when I met her I was overwhelmed by her compassion, something she retains to this day. being able to have an independent mind while in a relationship is very desirable but can be hard to achieve as one partner tends to be the dominant one, we don't have that problem. By crikey how lucky am I. You can achieve so much and have so much fun if only you both pull in the same direction.
