There used to be an old road from the sand-mining days that ran along behind the beach, so you'd assume that would allow the keel to be trucked out fairly easily.

Great to see that the boat got out; gotta love those TP52s.

Crewed the old Yendys TP52 from Southport to Sydney some years ago. There were only 4 of us, two watches of two with me navigating. It did sail beautifully and very fast. My first taste of sailing such a yacht.
