Scotty, we do have 14's in stock.
As yet none in demo (but the pressure is mounting)
We have guys up to 110kg on the 12'6. The 14 is the same width, with more volume and glide.
Give the 12'6 demo a run. It will give you the best idea on how the 14 will feel!
Nice vid. Turned well for a 12 6
Wish we had a metro beach with banks would like my 10 6Any Kine in those conditions
Hmmm.....maybe they were just "the flavour of the month" hyped up by the board selling industry.....none of the people who purchased & used them seem to have kind/encouraging things to say to someone who is considering purchasing one
I know you all say "demo demo try them out first" but that theory is hollow over here when there aere no demo models lol
Not many in the country. Still waiting over here for the second batch. try pm to those that have posted before.
The topic is posted on a public forum....seems a bit strange you have to do a "secret squirrel" sort of thing sending personal messages to people in order to further the discussion
I've down a couple of downwinders between 15 and 25 knots on the 12'6 in Pittwater to palm beach and i was getting runners no problems, I'm not sure you would win a race on it but its a heap of fun, it also surfs really well in tiny and larger open faces waves. If you had a shorter Sup for surfing and this board for tiny days and reef waves, down wind and even bob racing. you may even be able to have a two board quiver with this one.
Gizzie I can pretty much guess that most crew who don't own one are sick of hearing about them and those that have them just want to go paddle surf them as none of them are sponsored. From last count there are three different threads, three video's and about 5 different reports on the Hull Ocean Paddlers. Just buy one mate. Smiles guaranteed!
You are probly right AA....sorry for being a bit of a bastard in respect of my comments....but good to be consistant
Thanks Graham for your PM
Have been negotiating to buy one for 6 or 8 weeks.
Have told the "powers that be" tomorrow is the day that my interest expires (sob)
Will just have to limp back to Naish or starboard I suppose.
Have got a PSH 10'6 AA an oldie & a 9'6 ripper
had thought it would have been fun to have an addition to the family
But then again Towball tried for about 6 months to buy a JL quad & failed dismally lol
Had mine for a month now gizzie , cant believe i didnt have one earlier , all that time looking at small crap and never bothering , more days in the water now with a big smile . And the boards rip , if your chasing something that really surfs at that size , wasting your time with the nash whatever! by the way paid full price for mine , and so did my 3 other mates , no complaints off anyone of them.
