Jeroensurf: is that an SB Race? Great pic.

Vinski: So much more nose rocker in your Coastrunner. Nice looking board. These old designs need preserving so nice one.

Have tried newer models that are more stable but I like the instability of the older. It is a proper training board - including the workout that you get carrying to and from the water.

Cheers.

I,m on the white one in the back and it is a Coastrunner.Like a lot of people above: I used to have an older Race 12.6x29 but sold it to "upgrade" ...bad mistake! So when i spotted this 2th hand coastrunner I bought it for the rough conditions at the sea.For flat water paddling I have a (lot less stable) Race14x25 2015.Prefferable I would sell both and get 1 new allstar, but they are just too expensive imo.

I agree. Need to preserve the older versions. Getting harder and harder to find any in good condition.
This board is the starboard race 12'6 " x 31.5". Can't wait to get it out on the water and small waves when all the works done. Also it's a good downwind training board due to it's width. Focus more on the bumps and less on the balance ??
