These boards are great for the average punter on days like today . Packed beachie, solid onshore breezes . 2 foot waves on mid tide and lowering . Moderate south swell . Had a blast on my Slab. Paddled onto most waves despite the wind . Nice smooth bottom turns , fake top turn , another bottom turn , another fake top turn , bottom turn , smash through the white water and make final section . Magic

Gboots,

I owned a 8'2" Skate XL 125L for a while... at 108-110kg.

Was easy to paddle around and surprisingly super stable. Paddled straight, but not quick to paddle though...
