the weekends eased back according to the breeze

Lacey log onto coastal watch, its showing 10.8 foot on the goldie[}:)]

i don't even bother with 10' dribble mac the breeze charts this morning would have taken up the whole page. it was still climbing rapidly at 7 m and 55 knots. i had to refresh the page to make sure i was seeing right

The first 2 rounds of the SUP are Thursday starting first thing, so we should get some good waves for these.

Anyone left in (last 15) don't surf again til Sat. So Friday will be clear for trying to find some big gnarly barrels

Good luck to all you soldiers having a crack this weekend.I remember the tiny little waves you got up there last year, and the crap wave that were surfed at the Aussie titles,so this should sort out the cream from the milk, stay safe and look after yourselves.I am on my second week of a month annual leave and have been riding my shorty every day with a couple of SUP surfs in between, but loving my re-lived shortboard affair
