So are there any specs on this board? i notice it is 17'10 and Travis' version is 24.5in... but i saw something that stated there would be another width available? does anyone know what that would be?

Spoke to Dale today he is getting heaps of orders boards not available in Aus until December and there will be a 27 wide model as well for the factory production DC/NSP or Dale can make one to the same specs or wider if you want. But he already has a bunch of custom orders , so stoked for him.

27 has never been on the cards from NSP, but there is already a 26 version of it.
regarding delivery we'll know more next week but it might be before december

i just hope they start cutting boards now because they will not be able to keep up IMO

Geez everybody was banging on about how expensive boards are, now everyone wants an unlimited

But the custom unlimiteds are probably cheaper than the brand 14's
Without exploring build yourself options, or 2nd hand

An Unlimited board without a rudder WHY PUNISH YOURSELF better of paddling a 14fter at least it be an easier punish.

To paddle an Unlimited board successfully while having BULK FUN you need a RUDDER

Maliko is looking so good today with strong east winds can't wait to get out there.

It's got a rudder, just not fitted in the picture.
Need to get a bit more comfortable balance wise before I worry about steering.

Hay Nozza the deck is so dug out how do you run up and down the board to surf it in surf stance.

Yes. Pretty much the same as the winning nsp board except that board extends to 17.10. This one is 17.4

Flatwater board only, but you can move back pretty easily

OK sounds good Nozza (balance stance mainly) it didn't look like an open ocean board but in saying that it looks like a little to much rocker for a flat water board.

If your happy I'm "STOKED" for ya

I'm happy, I'm stoked!
Bought it from the Hawksbury river area
Not much bow out of the water with me on it, nice clean exit at the back.
Got it surfing on little bay waves, water coming over the front at me!

So mate, we've officially heard the last Perthite say "17 footers don't work in the WA swell - it's too short." DCs have less rocker than the Bullets don't they?

SIC are still doing hollow moulded F16's in their shed in Maui. Heaps of rocker in them. There was one being layed up while I was there last week.

Saw a very new one looking very sexy at the M2M - different shades of green with plenty of silver sparkled bling through it.

I think it may have been Suzy Coonie - Downwinder may be able to confirm.

First pic is my 17'4" V1 Maui built, hollow moulded bullet. Basically identical to the production shape available in Australia.
2nd pic is one of the Brazilian girls on a Maui built F16.
3rd pic is Suzie Cooney on the aforementioned F16.
There are several versions of the Maui built F16. That's where it can get confusing.....
Note the huge difference in nose rocker between V1 Bullet & F16.
