My wife and I just returned from our first trip to Tassie.....Wow What a beautiful place!
We met the most genuine and friendly people everywhere we went.
i drove down the east coast from Bay of Fires to Hobart and was completely blown away be the possibilities for SUP!
Thanks guys!
We LOVE Tassie!

change of plans due to the kids social life mine has been cancelled so will be in penguin this Saturday ,
swell forecast unfortunately not great but might be something around
"Inside Stooges" going off this morning, well not quite, you'll be waiting along time for a wave here, but great spot for a flatwater paddle when it's onshore at "Stooges" and all this less than 1k from an international airport
that one mightn't be Tassie ET but shat there has been some wind / rain / sleet / this week ,
forecast to ease Monday - just in time for the end of the long weekend
on a good note has been some swell around and have got my watersports Tas paddle and my DC NSP board back in the water so things are on the improve
Dawn Patrol today revealed a good size swell but both Park and River weren't at their best on the outgoing low tide.
Came back to the river at 10 am and had a rewarding session.
Bakery at 7am tomorrow ?? anyone ??
Booties optional
This time of year we get a few brave souls from the island to the north looking for some uncrowded waves, not hard to pick in the line up as they are wearing steamers ( must be for sun protection ) while the locals are in boardies, looks like jonesy has found a few spots to himself
