My daily used board.. The 12'6''x30'' Glide..

Local shops should be selling old stock and demo boards cheaper getting ready for new 2014 stock.

what are you on pills again

OK I travelled into a sup store found a second hand JM at a good price then a JP speedstar 12.6 x 29 timber deck.
Awesome looking board loved the shape and rails however will it have enough litres I'm not sure.

thats exactly what i mean- don't look at it like a surfboard. squarer rails are not a problem for where you are going. often faster then rounded. my gl's are very square but doesn't affect it in the rough one bit. most racing sup are squarer railed then rounded at the present time. the squarer the rail the more benefit you get out of the width of the board= more stability. the jm 12'6 x 30 is a reasonably fast board and very stable. mr serious might be at the supsa comp today

Hey Lacey what litres did the SIC I paddled have? any 12.6 x 30 surely would float a 100kg person or am I wrong?

I had a run on the new 12'6 x 27 Fanatic yesterday morning in a light swell. Plenty of volume and crazy stable (I'm a clumsy fat bastard and I could move up & down it, step back and kick turn it ). Might be worth a look.

12'6 x 30 Glide like DJ's is great, so is the older 12'6 x 30 Fanatic. And there's the 12'6 x 29 DC/NSP.

Spoiled for choice.

I'd never even held a paddle until today but I can't let mac have all the fun without me & I thought I'd better try something other than my longboards, thanks Angie for you help & guidance.
