I snapped up a 6"6 that Cooly surf had in stock.

Damo was very helpful and had it all packaged up and on its way over the following morning. I should have it in about a week.

I'm one happy little camper

Nice one! They keep Lacey happy and from reading this forum it seems like he really knows his boards.
(....that sounds a bit more PC than "he really loves Wombats." )

Good choice SP... that clip is so much fun. Love the hang five and then back for the cuttie. You will have a ball.

Should have mine in a few days

Also have a Beau Young 2+1 fin set coming with it that's made by the Salty Merchant. It's a 7 1/2 centre, with 2 GL side bites. Looks the goods.

They look good. Mine doesn't have a set of them so I might have to splash out in a set..

Nice SP. All you've got to do now is give us a report on how well she goes.

These boards look sweet. Those fins look the goods too. I get shop envy sometimes. So much variety on the east coast.

Beau and I have been watching this thread with a fair bit of interest considering we have been refining these boards and playing with constructions. I first surfed Beau's creations with him about 15 years ago and we have always shared common views on board design and shape. Beau is just about to launch his new "Carbon Jet" which is a modified version of his original wombat shape. Yes I am a site sponsor but the main reason for this post is to see if there is any interest in this new design. Hope you guys enjoy the Vids.

I have been watching it for the last 3 weeks and alerted Beau to it about 2 weeks ago. Beau and I started working on this shape in March so it was really cool for him to see this thread and some of his pics resurrected. We usually set aside Thursdays and Fridays to work on all our new ideas and create new boards. I can get him to set up an account and answer some questions if you like. Other than time with us he is just about to release a kids show on ABC which has eaten into his shaping and customs. He has a new double stringer log and a hybrid fish to launch in the next 2 weeks so I'll ask him to jump on personally to give everyone the heads up instead of me doing it.
