well I waited 12 weeks and told them to can the order I'm over it. Damo rings up and says its at the shop- 14 weeks.

Its a wild board with double barrel concaves and rail channels. Concave right through the tail leaving it very thin beautiful. Not sure when to surf it as my platypus can be setup to go twinnie like, but I think the price will be good due a late board buying frenzy of late and the long wait.

I'm a sucker and going to get it I reckon. They are a very hard to get board
Cheers

^lol

"double barrel concaves and rail channels" sounds interesting. Post some pics if you end up picking it up.

I had a Mick Campbell board in the 80's that seemed like a pretty good board before I snapped it. I seemed to snap a lot back then. Dunno if its one of the Campbell bro's you speak of though.

My new board arrived yesterday, it had a 5c size ding up near the nose that I had to fix which sucked. But that took about 2 mins & they're sending me some free booties for compo.

You'll regret not having it, at least for a while. I'd say it would have pretty good resale too.

main man is crook atm.

probably will. leave the platypus for serious waves,

twinnie and wombat for everyday stuff.

every time i've had the 'plat' out in good solid waves it just handles everything with class. probably the first single concave board i've ever owned.

have i being denying myself

Bro you are doing all your other boards a diservice by not getting a new board...imagine if you only had 1 board and the poor bugger was made to go out in conditions that didn't suit it...thats just cruel....do it for the other boards bro!!
