Beautiful shape everything about it.
When I was at primary school, Bruce McDougal's Mum had a blue Karman Ghia.
Had no idea what is was back then, but us 2nd graders knew she was cool.

Looks like he's pinched the old girls sideboard & stashed it inside - neat little fold out Stub / Schooner rest
I'de say that tray folds up and clips in and the whole unit folds sideways,so he can sleep in the back,I have seen this before!...
