We'll be awaiting

Yep we will,good stuff Obs

Mate, if the board works, I'll start planning a roady up the coast in April or May, the long walls at Scotts and A should suit it well.

I follow DJB on insta. That Medusa model is a great looking board. Good pick OB and from his posts he seems like a decent guy as well.

Looking forward to a ride report and more pics!

Yes, he's easy to talk to and always takes your needs onboard . He knows the best dims for that board, but when i explain to him my pop up problems, he's happy to put some more foam in there.

been a long time since I surfed anything with such a narrow nose, standard is 17 but he's taking it up the 17.5 for me

i forgot, he's using my favoured blank, the 10.4 surfblanks, this will be my 3rd board using that blank, and the other 2 were rippers so I hope my luck holds out

Very nice Obct, I see what you mean by the norrower nose, but it looks like a lovely outline.

That's the one I almost bought on Friday, but he could see I was a bit apprehensive about the dims so he grabbed the order book and put together a recipe for a new one.

I think he's already got the blank.

My reasoning for going for one with such a small nose is that - the volume would be good for tip time at my weight, but I spend more time picking my nose than standing on the nose of a board, but I can at least turn a board (sometimes), and the less volume up there, the less weight I need to swing.

Working against me is the fact that, whenever I try to out think a problem, all I end up doing is outsmarting myself

PS, I also like to have a decal about 39 inches back from the nose.

I definitely love to nose ride, but I can never seem to get any closer than about 12 inches.

Getting back to where I came from is also a bit of a problem but I pretend I always intended to finish the wave up near the tip

Not sure if I've ever fooled anyone

Never fooled me mate, though I do like your attempt at an elegant stall that turns into a deadman's drop

Seeing all these new boards makes me want another, but the old Diverse is still heaps of fun even if it's dog eared and repaired from two snaps.....

I think you'll have a hard time trying to hide this away from the Asea's beady eyes

I know a few of you lads ride CW boards. What is their delivery time like as I've heard it can take a little while?

I'm currently without a proper sized by after breaking 30% off my 10ftr last week & need to get it sorted.
