Hi McHenry, Yeah... i've logged in to watch. I reckon someone could be lurking ready to swoop at the last minute. But that's okay - like the look of a couple of other boards so, if this one goes, that will be my tactic on the next one! You thinking about having another bid? Dave

personally I wouldn't go less than 9'1 for a longboard though. May as well just get a wide thick shorty otherwise imo.

agree anything under 9.1 is not a longboard, that will put a cat among the birds

What do I do with 9'0 Fireball then??

Sell it cheap to me, I need a lighter longboard & I'll take good care of it for you

That board has no photos of the bottom mate, I'd be a bit suss of that & no way would I bid over $355 for it

Just gone $405, don't get sucked in to the bidding frenzy...its way overpriced now...

Sold for $405...one very happy seller I'd say. Man you can get boards like that new for an extra $250

Thanks Mick. Yeah - I watched it slip away - could easily have had another bid, but I am about 90kms away from it and there's a toll bridge in the way... besides, I actually have a beloved 6'6 Classic Malibu Egg in the quiver, so any additions should probably be a little more varied... i'm back browsing gumtree already.

Ebay does get exciting if you have the max bid in early and then watch while the last minutes run down. The excitement builds.. Then someone jumps in. Bit like spanking the monkey and just when you are nearly there there's a knock at the door.
