Hey Big Spazz how is the Reno going? As promised here is those pics of my 67 Don Burford. I have had this for nearly 20 years and had been rescued of the roof of a wreck where it had sat for 12 months in the sun. Nothing built in this day would last the distance. Had sent pics of the board to Don Burford many years ago to have it dated supposedly due to the stringerless construction wrap he thought it was around 67'. I'm sticking to that as it was a good year

THIS IS FKN AWESOME!!!! yes. it looks exactly the same, how long does urs measure? we contacted don also and got permission to print new decals which we put into the board. So i can see urs are starting to delam abit, if you need to replace them one day make sure u get some more printed up. Do you enjoy riding the board? my friend who owns the don burford absolutely loves his to bits.

Got the tape measure onto it tonight 9'8"x 23 1/2".
Yes Big Spazz I have enjoyed surfing the board took a lot of getting used too. Best described like driving a car from the same Era that does not have power steering and the steering box is flogged out. There felt like a lot of backlash when surfing, took a lot of board roll to get it to turn but when it did it would fly around.
Thought I would retire the old Girl before I broke it and it is now destined for a prestigious spot above the front door.
Would love to know how many are still in existence?
Cheers.
