Hey, some reds snuck onto Doggie & Mac's comments on Rincon! Who's the imposter? I fixed them up.

I've been to Rincon Cali, and it's a nice place too. Very picturesque coast all through there, but Rincon Cali is not quite as picturesque as Rincon Vicotria !!

Check out the wrap in this photo (on the link)!... Rincon Cali / USA.

Any more big Spazz???

hahaha nah mate....was few head scratching moments for a while i didnt know if it was a new model or something haha

it's the new Simcon model, it will be out next year with the 69mac model, it will be part of bobs new seabreeze range in honour of the mass pimping he gets in this forum.

Seriously, yep it's a custom and I think StuK may have ordered one as well. But he might give us an update if I'm right..

Yep ordered mine on the 15/3 so hopefully Im in before the rush, I'm not one to pester them about completion dates tho, gets here when it gets here.

They are quick Stuk. Looks like mine is set to arrive after a total duration of about 4.5 weeks I think. The local boys in Torquay wouldn't turn it around that quick!

Thanks Mac.

ok we buy MCT boards and pay the extra $ for Bob to sign and shape,my question is how much of the shaping does Bob actually do

Asea I will be ordering a hand shaped board from Bob and this will never get wet,it will be a wall hanger.

Why would you pay extra, because he's one of the TRUE pioneers of surfing who is still active in the shaping bay three days per week.
400 he will meet with you for an hour them surf with you for another and then return to finalize the custom order, that is value in my books.
After visiting some other well know shapers in the bay they need to clean their act up,both factory and shop front looked a mess.

mac i would have thought most of your boards would be machined and as a courtesy to a long time customer, bob would do the finishing shaping

i know ben is also highly rated

cheers
