Yeah TB ... you know even only 10 years ago it would have been national headline stuff but these days the corporate sponsor (and club I guess)desires a clean image to promote and she is no doubt highly qualified in her field
There'll be more for sure mate .... I seem to remember the AFL commish having a female on the staff but maybe wrong too

and no I aint biting on THAT BigS

Good morning all,p1ssing down here

Morning frost on the ground had sets with 10ft faces swell alittle fresh but had some bombs on the 666 just got to thore the toes out couldn't find the good booties bit late for work

Got there (more sensibly than you) when the sun was shining
Caught 5 or 6 waves in a cautious fahion (only paddle for the last couple of waves of each set to avoid majorpoundings) but still had a few "shaken like a rag doll episodes"
Duncan the kneeboarder was cautiously careful & declined all invitations to join the lineup lol

Tomorrow's going to be the one I kept Duncan amused getting court in side the sets sits in his car with binoculars Looked like the rock might have been going off to

Jeepers - hit me wear it hurts why don't ya.....if I had a pie shop I would serve those up & bacon & egg ones as well....not sure why the Aussies have never got into them - they copy all of other good stuff (e.g. pavs etc).....I really miss mince & cheese - so does the missus.....they try and do a mince cheese n bacon number but its nothing....a real mince and cheese with a good amount of the stuff is missing....now do not get me started on the steak and cheese either....ahhhh now I just need a Spearmint Primo to wash it down

How about you bring me over some good old fashioned marmite next w/e instead.........I would love some of that - still can not get it here sadly And maybe a perky nana or two

Without him Souths would have nothing and Weiry and Scotty would be hating life right now

We axed him years ago....after he played that skinhead in Romper Stomper and his cousins lost form in the 11 person game.

Martin Crowe liked a pretty .....I remember

fixed it for ya

Yep he was a quality bat. Probably our best to be fair from a technique and natural ability perspective. Glen Turner was probably our most prolific player but spent most of his career in England earning pay checks (hard to fault him for that). He scored over 100 first class centuries which is an almighty feat. A shame he hardly played for us in his prime.

Rich Hadley is the best player we have produced though in my humble opinion I could have been something but I never played cricket (tennis instead), had bad eye sight, hated the fact that I would had to field for over half the time, liked to spend my Saturdays doing other things, hated the idea of scrubbing my whites after play....well the list goes on..........so yeah I was a legend in the backyard but never filled my potential in the 11 a side game - still hurts

Not good enough to play for Australia. Started his career in South Oz trying to get into the aust team didn't get picked so went and played for NZ.... Wished he'd told his cousin....

In all honesty, he was very close to being picked and chose to go home after his brother was picked for NZ..

His older brother was the Captain before he started I seem to recall........I can also show some first hand proof on this one as I have had several days / nights out on the town with him - through a good mates family connection. I can assure you that side of the clan is kiwi through and through
