Well done young Cupcake.

DJ is mr Naish around these parts.

Next task is to learn some surf history so you don't sound so young.

Here is the question - what was the name of the famous board brand that Terry Fitzgerald started in Brooky in the early seventies.

Hint - it had a rainbow as part of its branding.

You have until this time tomorrow to get the answer.

Good luck.

ET.

Sounds good, don't need the 24 hours though.

Hot buttered surfboards from the title of Isaac Hayes's 1969 album Hot Buttered Soul! Often experimental shapes.

Interesting reading thanks ET

Distracting me from my chemistry though, but hey, who cares!

Heisenberg would care. Homework is very important. Look what almost happened to Jessie. Without Walter he would have lived a terrible life. If only he had done his homework.

I had an XD Falcon panelvan in the 90's. All I needed was a mattress, a gas camp stove, a board, a book & a b**g

Nice size to the swell lately here...

BUT - my highlight - my Garbage Man...
He could fit right in at The Bar, here... A truely great bloke!
I gave him beers for Christmas too!

Separately, last week, I slightly overloaded The Green Waste Bin, and the (other) driver didn't pick it up!
Today, Recycle Waste was collected early... Garbage Bins get done at about High Noon lately...
And my lovely garbage truck man collected both my Garbage, and my Green Waste! (wasn't even green waste week!)
He's a bloody legend!

(and yes - I was just going to leave my Green Bin out for 2 weeks, in slight protest!)

Managed to get down to the local beachie without too much whining from the missus, she got drilled last time lol she just cant judge waves to dive under them at all. It was really small, but a fun lil left with no one else out for the 40 min quickie we were there & pretty much wave after wave on the mal. Really enjoyed it coz I havn't been on anything other than the 666 in the last 2 weeks & even that was only 1 sesh last Friday. Finally getting the slab down on our new house...just cruised by & had a squiz, felt sorry for the poor blokes working on this I guess 37c day with still no sea breeze at 3pm WA gets bloody hot & dry this time of year without the arvo onshore we can usually rely on...all up pretty cool day for the 1'st of my long weekend off work & the beer tastes great...stoked
