Surfed with the Prez & Boof today, some cracker fat 3-4' sets that our 10'ers just ate up. Sweep was challenging but wave quality made up for the effort.

Actually they would have been great waves for it but the sweep would've killed me, the 10'er was hard enough with limited paddle fitness at the moment.

i'm dreaming of a 9'6 mct nose rider.

i'm dreaming of a sweet 9'1 evo 2 i saw in the shop.

nice spray and pretty light. would be truer to my real measurements.

but the 9'6 evo does everything for me small, big, stepping, turning- one board package

Now that looks much nicer than the dirt bag but I still wouldn't pay 2 grand for it

nar,its not 2 gs, but its not i g either

Grabbed this one second hand (9'1 x 22 1/2 x 2 3/4) - a few depressions and marks but all in all in pretty good shape. Not 8 hungees, not 7 either. Nice and light as you say, LL:
(And Mac... my kid has already named it The Splice).

Think it looks better with the wax back on it ... smooths out the bumps.

Back on thread: I think tomorrow morning could be quite nice for us Qlders.

makes me just about cry when the waves are so good.

but here's the thing. 2 weekends ago everything said onshores sunday and well no one fronted.

not as good as the photo but bugger all crowd.

I went nuts and just about surfed myself to a stand still.

so every now and then you can sneak the uncrowded good session

Had a few little Sunny Coast close outs (left my run a bit late) on the green board. I didn't do much but the board felt good under the feet. Thanks gents for the nice feedback re the purchase/hue.

Surfed LM with Boofy this morning, there was a little chop early but nice long rides with only 1 or 2 others out. Deteriorated as the wind got stronger so we left after a couple of hours. Boofy got some nice long rides stepping off at the beach, once again I can't believe how versatile these hotlogs are even given the less than ideal conditions.
