And some at Sandy Point on a light day on big gear. Very smooth gybe's on smooth water.

I recognised Byron + Nick, who else is in the video? Looks like the sort of wind conditions I could cope with...

How the hell does the rear guy not wipe out the front..You'd have to trust your partner..

Here's one of me at the end of the LG trip 2 years ago. It wasn't my alpha PB's gybe . I'd only had the board a short while and I stuffed up the exit as I was having trouble finding the rear strap to get back in. It was my first slalom board.

Here I've oversheeted, pulled it across to windward and am now opening the sail ready to flip..I can see it's too close to my body ( bent front arm..? )..This is in flatwater..
Boy you can really see how raking it into the eye of the wind and keeping the front arm straight would help..it' s easy to analyse form sitting in front of the computer where you don't have to be fit or worry about falling in or getting hurt .. It will probably take a me a few weeks to even remember how to gybe after 6 months off..

That pretty good Sue. Now its just lots of practice needed. Just go for it like this guy. There is always the ice bath. (We just go for a sail at Sandy Point in Winter. Get the treatment at the same time as the injuries! )

"Unless I get Hypothermia, I think this is really gonna help my training".

Don't you just love this attitude! LOL!
