The usual questions to get us started.....

2. What's the water level like?
3. What's the weed situation like?
4. When can we sail and not be shot at by the duck hunters?
5. How big a beast of a 4WD is required to drive to the spit?
6. What's the water level like?
7. Are the flies as bad as last year?
8. Who's booking campsites and who's booking houses?
9. Is the pub still serving schnitzels?
10. What's the water level like?

LOL was talking to a Queenslander last week who was told by a Vic sailer that Beachport has been having great seabreezes , LOL we haven't even had one yet been in a westerly flow since july. 5 to 6 weeks behind like the first 2 days of summer have been a top of 14

I'm sick of wave sailing, 20-30knts, dead cross shore, logo to mast every day. Need a break, but we've got another 5 days of it.
Can't remember what a SE is like
I am surprised no one is talking about the LT here.... ??
Nah. Not allowed to put a weedie in a one design so they are useless there.
I am even readier with LG fins for the lates season when it gets really thick.
12cm:
And, I have a 10cm deep "all you need is wet grass" on the way just for fun.

Now it's way to early and too far out to get excited, but I just plonk this here for your torture:
Flogging a dead horse you are. This whole thread is torture for anyone who's been to Lake George but can't go this winter (or summer, as you call it) .
So here we are in 2020 and a possible (well most likely) trip to LG only a month away. Is anybody going to be there in January to give us an update on conditions?

i took a one design into the burrum speed comp and they called the cops on me.
im still laughin all these years later.
would be fun to take the LT to lake george

It may be, but the weed would catch on the fin and the centreboard.
But come to think of it.... I have a very old Windsurfer One Design high wind daggerboard somewhere in my museum that looks just like a delta weed fin!
