So if Bonaire is "a special municipality (officially "public body") of the Netherlands" does that mean? ...you know.

Well there isn't really any law enforcement to speak of... The only cop cars we saw were the ones parked by the station as we drove downtown.

Awesome place for a windsurfing holiday though ... and lots of pretty windsurfing girls! Much closer now that I'm living in the states but still not the cheapest destination. Went from sailing a 125L out of the straps to sailing a 93L comfortably in the straps within a few weeks (well, days!). I got similar wind as my trip to Hatteras, but the water was a lot bluer, and there were less nasty things to worry about (no sea urchins in Hatteras, though!).

First reaction WTF, but the shoe store chain is sponsoring the world cup in Sylt so its just more Euro craziness.

I was actually thinking it may be good for your gybe. The high heels will make you lean forward...I might try it.

Allison Shreeve fails to cross the Bass Strait due to hypothermia and cramps PDF Print E-mail
Thursday, 26 March 2009 10:22

Allison Shreeve

Windsurfer Allison Shreeve failed her record bid to cross the Bass Strait.

The Sidney sportswoman had to pull out due to mild hypothermia and cramps about 80km off the Victorian coast.

She had left Tasmania at 7.30am.

Very strong winds met Shreeve near Stanley, on Tasmania's north-west coast.

The 27 year-olf female windsurfer was expecting a 17 hour course, but very hard leg spasms defeated her attempt.

Most good topics get about 800 odd lookers this one has over 3000.. Must be a male dominated forum.. Mind you it is nice to see some girls who know what they are doing rather than wearing lingerie & high heels..

I've been desensitised to windsurfing chicks, due to excessive exposure.. But your right again Drj, some people could be quite offended if they accidentally viewed a girl performing such unladylike activities.. They might even go so far as to cancel their order for Seabreeze Sunnies...

Or maybe the ladys on this forum might feel offended by being left out, to even up this sexual bias, here is a video showing the most attractive male windsurfer, It's me, in Greece..

Doesnt that just reflect the desparation and pubescent nature of kiters, together with some mysterious need to pretend not to be gay?

I'd be the first to admit kiters have problems, but why do some of us have to denigrate them with sexual bull****. Just say you don't like them. Calling them gay doesn't say this, only that you see gay people as lesser people. Playground stuff.

Now I'm back to enjoy this great thread...

Who is denigrating them by saying they are gay? I am suggesting that they pretend not to be, it is wrong to shy away from you own sexual feelings by feeling the need to participate in ogle threads! As for your suggestion that I see gay people as lesser, well you clearly do t know me very well, I enjoy a good bit of c**k and b*m so please don't paint me with your own brush !
