got my gps yesterday . cracked 20knots hahaha
in mabey 12-13knots on my formula gear .. even at 20knots its sketchy in the chop . well done to anny one who beats me lol .. your balls truely are made of steel

So Kato .. does the Smooth section of the infamous PiT Curve move back towards the launch area in a westerly gale

Yep! Right back to the launch area and stays there.
In a real Westerly gale there is usually a LOT of following, rolling chop in the fast angle section, which is all too short. WSW is mostly the best angle for a lot of reasons. The more south, the flatter it gets, but also tighter.

Pity we cannot do some carbon offsetting type scenario, and trade your w-wnw for one of our wsw flows.

The wind blows but sometimes it sucks
