Fantastic event - thanks so much again for the tireless efforts of the organisers and volunteers who made the event run so well, the videographers and of course the sponsors! Really enjoyed the event and look forward to next year!!

WindFest sounded to me as 'not serious' and so it was the first windsurfing event that attracted me enough to sign up for.
To enter my next phase in windsurfing of getting kinda serious, at a not so serious event seemed good. It was.

As a rookie, a big part of coming was to put faces to names. Names that are totally legendary status to me.

Maybe if events like this keep going i'll be one pleading for bear aways in the future too. But for now it was mega fun.

To the speed sailors that were here and keep coming, thanks for the inspiration.

Great edit Phil.

Names to faces is really cool. Sometimes we have a picture in our minds of some legend and when we meet , it's BOOM. WOW. Sometimes even more inspirational. Then spending time with them and listening to stories is often at another level.

Nice Video! Fun venue when it's windy and tide aligns. Well done Geoff and others involved on holding what sounds to be a great event and has been successfully ongoing! Not many events left in the country, so it's great to see!
