I'm Driving up leaving Brisbane on 7th June and staying for the Nats then driving back on 29th & 30th.
Hoping to get plenty on Windsurfing in and with a bit of luck may attemp a 24hr run just before the Nats - with support boats etc..
I'll be towing my trailer up with only me in the Jeep... a big adventure..
can't wait..
Cheers
Dave
Hi,
On the club membership thing necessary for participation, sail numbers and insurance it seems like we in NQ would have to join up somewhere way down South or West. Any ideas which is best value?
Hello QLD! Love your weather that time of year
5 from Tassie heading your way. 4 guys and one Lady. Please have sun and wind, its starting to get cold down here
For your info, WindWanderers is almost in end-of-season mode. I've been beavering away improving the online speed comp in preparation for some new stuff, which will start to appear next month.
Also, from 1st May, we will start offering reduced rate membership renewals for people already in the club, and 14 month memberships for people thinking of joining. These would run through to 30 June 2014 and cover you for any Australian racing in that period.
More will be posted on the Windwanderers website this weekend, but if anyone wants to know more, feel free to contact me.

All booked sounds likes its going to be a cracker of an event.
what better way to beat the winter blues .
Awesome forecast!
I have booked a room at Graftons - apparently this is right off the ferry and has cheap beer for competitors... very important :)
There is talk amongst some to head up a little early and get dialed into the spot - anyone else heading up?
Congrats to Ian Fox, AWA and all others involved for all the effort they have put in and will put in to make this event happen. Good work guys and Im sure I speak for many of us when I say a BIG THANKS!
