SAIL or SUP? that is the question.

Maybe we might if we're lucky if the stars line up hopefully if the gods are on our side there's a possibility we could would can will get a light wind sail at Dorans.....................wishful think? positive thinking? or just plain stupid?

Sunday could be SUPER for the SUPPER as a SUPPER is better than a SAILOR at predicting SUPER SUPPER conditions

There's been no wind but some nice swells coming in the last few days. Cremorne point, Carlton River and Vietzy got his best surf for at least 2 years at Goats yesterday. All good practice for wave sailing if the wind ever comes back down south

Yeah your right, winds offshore,no surf, and it's just too wet and miserable, can't stand getting wet, might go for a stand up, but might get wet, or blow a goat. And it's cold, what ever.

It's lattes for me today I've been on the water for so long with the South Arm dreamers I'm absolutely over it. You're lucky if you live in the city or up north at least you'd realise there's another life. Gawd I see these guys every day..... yes every bloody day and I'm sick of the sight of them.

As one of the SAD crew (south arm dreamers) I say harden up Houston it's only the first day of winter. I am still surfing in board shorts and rash vest ,did it all last June and only lost three toes and fingers ,testicals will return from body about October
Can you get me a chai soy mocha chino with 1/2 raw sugar decafe latte if you going town

7 to 8 hours of supping in very nice banks at Goats makes for a very tiring weekend

Two damaged boards makes for more " tiring" sleepless, nights, afternoons while the south arm super bank still pumps!!!

And still pumping today, waist to shoulder high at North Goats 200m up to the left, though the odd wave well over head high were nasty closeouts that sent the adrenaline pumping till I drowned.................... yes drowned.................this is me talking from heaven, sh.t it's good up here.................mirror calm mornings with perfect head high barrels, then the afternoon Seabreeze kicks in at 25knots on a mast high reef break for perfect down the line rides.
Then there's the forty nine vestal .......... sitting on the beach with grapes and champagne and a carton of cold ones for me
