Will do Perks. Hopefully we can improve the distance (100k average would be good = 3hrs of sailing each for two people) and get an NM of 28-29. Should put us in contention for the month.
I will be there with my camera to record all you crazy people that want to sail this time of the year - I will also match Ants pledge and bring a dozen coldie's to those who venture out.[}:)]
make sure you all bring the prizes allong, and Russ and i will bring some flags.
we will call it our winter challenge!
I think we have our first official brass monkey's event ever!
Be good if we had some of those soft mainlanders down south on the water this weekend so we could see if they run fast with us in a fridge
dont forget your protection!

Wot about today? My only "window of opportunity" for a while, so I might have a look at Doran's after lunch.
Maybe we set a mark over the other side of the bay and do some unoffical racing ..., teach those young blokes a lesson or two
I'll put a 6 pack up for most amount of km's by someone at Dorans tomorrow, everyone has a chance for this..
I remember years ago sailing this time of year and getting a ice-cream headache and my fingers were soooooo numb the pain as they started to warm up
Took ages to pack up. Distance tomorrow should be worth twice as much.
Wetsuits are much better these days so let's hope it's all good.
Happy to race around a can if we have one Dave
Cheers Russ
Nice one Russ!
Youngest girlchild has sniffles (not surprisingly after playing soccer in zero bloody degrees) so looks like I'm homebound this arvo
