How does governer general Tony Abbott sound?

Don't worry, it will grow on you

Ambassador to London more likely, can say hi to Sir Phil before he moves on

We have compulsory voting, but since we use pencil and paper, you are not made to fill out the form correctly (or even at all).

IMO, this process needs to be dragged screaming into 21st century, except for the fact that the bureaucracy might not be up to it based on the 2016 census debacle.

Help us all if they do. Remember the disaster that was the last census? If they can't organise a simple survey with 5 odd questions how will they be able to digitise something as complex as an election?

I don't think we're smart enough to use technology like that

As an IT consultant for 20+ years now, don't. Just don't.

Pencil and paper works, definitely. It is well proven. It is simple. It requires zero training, zero equipment for the user. Perhaps most importantly of all these days: it is actually very, very hard to hack, especially from afar.

If it works don't fix it.

If Scott Morisson is called 'scomo'

Should Anthony Albanese be called 'anal'?

About the same age as someone that has TwoSheets for a user name, no it is not a game it is a water sports forum.

What does my username have to do with anything? Spectacular lack of self-awareness from someone called Marsbars. This is a general discussion forum on water sports website.
