Sorry guys for all of my "spammy" responses in the forums, but I used to study Criminal Psychology and this was an experiment that a teacher told us about, where you find a random group of people on a forum or chat room and just put in random responses to topics that they have and by reading the responses you are able to get a pretty good idea of the character of people. I just wanted to see how it worked, so I am really sorry and from now on I will keep my posts TOPIC related only. thanks for the insight into the world of Kitesurfing!!!! (Yes I do actually have an interest in the sport)
And you all seem like decent enough people..... thanks again

That sounds like a good use for a "general discussion>general" forum. So how can it be off topic. Tell us what you found out about us. C'm on. Time to get provocative. You've already admitted to being an apostate wser. What do you have to lose.

I have found out that most are willing to have a bit of harmless fun to let off steam but it is definitely a "BOYS CLUB". and I can accept that because both sports are male dominated. (I am not a feminist by no means) I think you are all fairly nice however some are a bit more hot-headed than others and as human nature would have it you all like to voice your opinions publicly and don't necessarily like it if someone has a different opinion but after a bit of a debate you all agree to disagree. You also like to judge and make assumptions about people and are quite quick (sometimes) to do so. So what if someone has a more "girly" topic, especially when it is coming from a girl? If you don't like something don't respond to it. From this though, I have been able to get a small insight into different people and have made my own opinions on people (but I will keep them to myself because they are MY opinions and they are not necessarily shared by anyone else).

But in general you are all pretty great.

Stribo, try it in a salad with rocket, fetta, cherry tomatoes, olives, capsicum and red onion with either a balsamic and olive oil dressing or a red pepper dressing.

They are just MY opinions and the experiment is only a GENERAL assumption.
Left because I got bored and some stuff was just disturbing like delving into the mind of peadophiles and stuff, just not my thing. I am way too happy for that s**t. Sorry Stone Age I didn't mean to single you out, I was just making a point. I really do think most of you are pretty cool, some are a little twisted (but aren't we all to an extent?)

Hi Liz.....off topic.... ( if there ever really was one!! ) ... Why do some of the words in your posts have a strike-through, when it doesn't appear that you have struck out a word to replace it with another

hey darl.... Just using the strike-through to make a more bold note of the word rather than use it as a cross out and replacement. Emphasis.

Just the mere way I go about things sometimes. I'm sure what I mean is easy enough to follow by nearly all/ most people on the forum.

=D

Think I would drive the guys crazy with colours. haha.

At least it is better than typing in te HTML version of ....
<font color=red>...text...</font>
<font size=5> </font>

etc.

I wasn't name calling, Desperate housewives and The biggest loser are tv shows popular with the fairer gender of the female variety. They reflect the female pre-occupations with gossip and weight loss, thought they would be dead certs for mega threads on a chick's forum.

Liz,
Just a little point darling but striking out a word doesn't add emphasis, it negates the word and makes the meaning of your posts difficult to interpret.
Otherwise I find your postings quite literate and entertaining, for a chick kiteboarder
