The good beacon and eggs brekkie makes me eat less for the rest of the day.

The problem with the "healthy" brekkies is that you go back to hungry after about an hour.

Does the beacon make you flash a lot

Good to hear RockMagnet.

I feel as though QLD and WA are the closest brothers in this country. Other states are just jealous of our beach weather and laid back lifestyle.

All in all I'm glad to live in a place where we can access good food and water.

The Spudshed over here is awesome. So cheap and you can select what you want off huge tables, this week Carrots are free. Amazing range of everything.

$100 at the Spudshed and your trolley is full to the top. $100 at Coles/Woolworths and you barely fill the bottom for the same fruit, vegetables and other items.

Fried salad?

No dopey Its kale and lots of good things (do you like my wok, Australian made, had to show it off.)

Nice, but you don't need a fancy wok to fry a salad.

Shifu This is a salad No wok was used or harmed in the making of this salad

Poor old Alf....all those pesky rules he was saddled with that made life such a drag,

- no riding in the appliances,
- no playing with matches,
- and of course, the consumption of any pets is strongly discouraged,

there were more, but memory cells are dodgy.

I would never use food as an anti-depressant.....short of chocolate almonds and sultanas.

Breakfast (forgot the almonds and flaxseed in pic)

It's even better for you if you don't do that to it.

I enjoy a fruit and sometimes green smoothie as do many people. The meals in wok are actually three different dishes
