I don't think we really have a problem with the original guys who started Billabong and back in the day, they produced some quality clothing for surfers.
The issue that we have now if the foreign ownership using their sweat shops to make inferior clothing while still charging the high price because the demand and reputation of what the branding used to be is what holds the $$ high.
My other issue is that they still refer to themselves as a "surf shop" when the kids behind the counter don't know the first thing about surfing, water sports or anything other than how to update your twitter and facebook status.
Thats my beef with Billabong!
Do they still make a decent wetsuit cause thats about all I would consider buying from them....
