I have the oven on 180 degrees.
At what time should I add the vegies?

You'll never cook a harness properly at 180, they need at least 250!

But all the other shops cook them properly for 180? Why do yours cook properly at atleast 250?

It took me all year to cook the books - you must be using a better oven??

hmmm i would marinate that harness for 24hrs in soy, honey and garlic.

then i'd serve it with a side of bindings and beer battered fins.

There is a certain ratio of posts to length of time on here that signifies intelligence and understanding of the site. Too many posts to fast, you're a babbling idiot. Too few posts in too much time, you don't have enough dedication to the site. It's a zen thing.
