One of the best vids I have seen on the forum. Loved the tunes.
Kind words Iam.....is the humble go pro 3. Did clean camera lens and casing lens on both sides before setting out. Music is from last year's SXSW sample tracks. Probably fairly obscure band. Think they "grandchildren"
Thanks for the trip down memory lane .

you will have to remind me what ECPDB stands for.....am at tokomaru bay expecting a long period swell and wind from the appropiate direction. Probably another "east coast dream"
Yes! Sup surf this afternoon
2 week flat spell, last was surfboard. Small but sets waist high. Stoked to get sup surfing some get forward on the nose and as swell picked up paddle in and time bottom turn to cut back or go for section.

East Coast Pest Destruction Board, ie, rabbit n possum board. Did a couple years post school with them . ENJOY, nice country up Toko way
Been just me surfing Tokomaru Bay south.
Quite solid beach break.....no one else in sight.
Just me and the monsters
Robin that looks amazing. BC is definitely on the list of places I want to visit.
Managed to get around both islands today. 10.8ks.
There is a monastery and the small fort where the man in the iron mask was kept for years.
Thanks T1 and nice job on the island tour. Do you have to plan around the tides where you live to get around those islands? I know very little of the sea in your homeland. France is definitely on my bucket list of places to visit, and so is Australia.
Rapid Creek
Finally getting some swell up here in Darwin. Severe Tropical Cyclone Trev' managed to bring some weather down from the equator as he ripped through the Gulf of Carpentaria as a Category 4 and heads south in to the Barkly as a low depression.
The right you can see was good - messy, but good and punchy.
Tried the new True Ames 'Cali Classic' with Scarfini 'Equilibrium' sides on the Style - goes like a ripper. Fast and drivey around sections.
Got caught inside, copped a couple on the head and did this to me paddle
But, geez, it was good.
Mango can you fix that paddle? Wooden dowel, epoxy bit of glass around the outside. Might make a stiff point.
Out between the islands again. It's only 1.5ks longer to go around both.
had some ripper surf of late ,great size for SUP.....ended up that night with cyclone corona . category 4 mango, thats crazy
This morning at Long Beach in the park at "incinerator rock". 4 degrees C when I went out and 15 when I got out of the water. Yippee....spring is here! A few nice shoulder high pealers.
Ok, wasn't today, but for a 50th birthday last year, we paddled from the Hoover dam, 12 miles down the colorado river.

Yep it's crowded, out there 2 hrs and got 5 waves! I can't be bothered hassling any more I just tried to get the ones no one else wanted. Trying a 9.5 Mana which was a bit tippy but it was quite rough and windy, by the end it was better. Got 4 more days to get more practice!
7th day sup surfing in a row and another glassy day tomorrow on its way. Suffice it to say i am sleeping well.
Deep south WA
