Its a bit like buying a pop out board against the aussie customs i get

Seriously lots of you cashed up boomers have really lost the stoke of what surfing is really about.

If if you're going to look down on people that love surfing but their budget only goes as far as affording a pop out. Then either you shave your vagina or you've got a penile inplant.

Surfing is about the stoke. Not what you ride.

Your all sound like a bunch of wankers!!!

They say up to 80% pay cuts maybe more in the AFL.
The season is gone but will the TV people prop it up so they can sell advertising? and if so NRL will be shot owing the TV people and will have no bargaining power whats soever.

True I heard last week a couple of teams said the higher paid guys were going to take a bigger cut so the less paid guys can still get bye.

Doubt it. No games, no ad revenue no money. The big casualty in this couldend up being foxtel

true Lacey but the NRL machine is not just footy players.
the domino affect is in play.

Compared to the dominos effect of so many small businesses across Australia closing their doors overnight the NRLs domino effect may not be so big.

Yeah. Plenty of sh!t going down. And i acknowledge all the mini industries around football.
But pro football isnt the real world.
They live in a fanasty.
Guess what. The fanasty is gone.
The real world has kicked them up the back side.
Time for players etc to get their plan b happening.
Same as everybody else.

Ive even seen on social media this could be the reset all football needed.
Interesting thought.
Ant thoughts ?
